EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE HELP

Step-by-step instructions for logging in to Evolution® Employee Self-Service (ESS) are available in this PDF document: Employee Self-Service Instructions.

Please try the following tips if you are having trouble logging in to Employee Self-Service or in viewing your payroll information once you are logged in.

If you are using the MS Windows® operating system with Internet Explorer®:

Some users have reported that when they try to log in to ESS or advance to a new page within ESS, their browser appears to try to load the page, but instead the browser seems to freeze and fails to load the page. Often times, they see this:

If you experience a problem like this, please try the following:

On the Internet Explorer tool bar, click Tools and then click Compatability View. This one step seems to correct the above problem in most instances. Or, simply click the Compatibility View button at the top of the browser window:

If you are using an Apple® computer:

On the Apple Macintosh operating system, the only browser that will successfully work with Employee Self-Serve is Firefox®. For more information please view this PDF document: Employee Self-Service for Mac Users.

If you are having trouble with Adobe Acrobat Reader®:

Windows users who have upgraded to Adobe Reader X (ver 10.0.0) may need to change some computer settings in order to view pay stubs. For more information please view this PDF document: ESS for Adobe Reader Ver X.
