Jerry Francis, Chairman of the Board

Jerry Francis was President of Savers Marketing since 1998. When the TPA operations of Savers were spun off as Savers Administrative Services, Mr. Francis was named Chairman of the Board of that corporation. Mr. Francis was Senior Vice-President and Director of Operations of Savers Life Insurance Company from 1982 until its merger with Standard Management Corporation in 1998. He served on the Board of Directors of Standard Management Corporation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Francis has an undergraduate degree and a M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.

David Roberson, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Roberson manages the marketing and sales efforts of all of the TPA products. Mr. Roberson managed the sales effort at Savers Life Insurance Company from 1991 until the merger with Standard Management Corporation. After that time, Mr. Roberson managed the group health sales effort and the distribution of Administrative Services. He graduated from Lees-McRae College and attended Wake Forest University and holds the designation of Certified Health Consultant.

Debbie Berg, President

Debbie Berg has been with Savers since 1994. Ms. Berg began her career with Savers Life Insurance Company as its Controller. She began working with the TPA operations of Savers in 1996. When the TPA activities were separated in 2003, she was named President of Savers Administrative Services, Inc. Ms. Berg graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Accounting and is a CPA.

Julie Frye, Executive Vice-President and Director of Administrative Services

Julie Frye has been with Savers since 1996. She began her career with Savers as an internal auditor in the life insurance operations. Since 2000, Ms. Frye has been the Director of Administrative Services for all of the TPA operations, including Payroll, Section 125 and HRAs. Ms. Frye is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Accounting.
